Freemasons’ online Remembrance presentation

FREEMASONS from across Warrington joined others throughout Cheshire in an online presentation to mark Remembrance Day.
They were unable to attend a war memorial for the remembrance ceremony because of Covid-19 travel restrictions.
The online presentation was led by Stephen Blank, the head of Cheshire Freemasons and Chris Jones their Chaplain. The meeting respected the two minute silence at 11.00am before which the Last Post was played.
The Freemasons headquarters building in Great Queen Street, London which is in itself a memorial to more than 3,000 Freemasons who died in service during World War 1 was specially illuminated in the days before November 11.
