Paramedics check casualty after kitchen fire

ONE person was affected by smoke inhalation when fire broke out at a house in Warrington last night.
The fire was in Fleetwood Close, Great Sankey and turned out to be in kitchen in the oven and to be out by the time two fire engines from Warrington and Penketh arrived on the scene.
Firefighters used a ventilation unit to clear smoke from the property and paramedics checked the casualty, who did not require hospital treatment.
