Firefighters rescue teenage girl from community centre roof

FIREFIGHTERS from Warrington were called out to help rescue a teenage girl from the roof of a community centre.

The incident took place shortly before 7pm last night (Tuesday) when firefighters received a report of a teenager being stuck on a roof in Troutbeck Avenue, Warrington.

On arrival, the crew discovered the girl was stuck on the roof of the Berwsey Park community centre.
The crew used a short extension ladder to rescue the female.
She is not believed to have been injured.
Firefighters were in attendance for around 15 minutes.
