Orford Lane re-opened following collision

ORFORD Lane has now re-opened following a road traffic collision on Monday afternoon.

The collision took place close to the junction with Forster Street. Police advised motorists to avoid the area but the road has now re-opened.
No other details are available at this stage.
Meanwhile policed also had to deal with with a highway disruption (broken down vehicle) near to the Swan pub at Wiwnick on the junction of Golborne Road and the A49.
