Fire crews attend suspected gas leak

THREE fire crews were called out to attend a suspected gas leak at a property in Old Hall, Warrington.

The incident took place at 6pm yesterday when firefighters received a report of a suspected gas leak at an occupied domestic property in Gregory Close.
On arrival no-one was unaccounted for and no-one was inside the property.
Firefighters isolated the gas supply to the property.
They also used gas detectors before handing the incident over to the Cadent Gas company.
Firefighters were in attendance for more than an hour.
