WARRINGTON Police have been helping to make it an eggstra special Easter for children by hopping around the community delivering Easter eggs donated by local businesses.
They have been calling at homes where youngsters have coloured in rainbows and displayed them in windows to help cheer people up during the Coronavirus pandemic.
One lucky youngster was three-year-old Benjamin Walker from Padgate, who is pictured below with his Easter egg delivered earlier today.
Like many other youngsters Benjamin drew a picture of a rainbow and stuck it in the house window.

More deliveries will be taking place on Easter Sunday.
