A NUMBER of leisure centres across Warrington are taking part in the NSPCC’s biggest ever Aerobathon on Monday February 8.
The sponsored two-hour aerobic workout will be led by qualified instructors at exactly the same time in each location, from 6-8pm.
More than 150 leisure centres are taking part across the UK to support the NSPCC’s Childs Voice Appeal.
Warrington centres taking part include Broomfields Leisure Centre, Birchwood Leisure and Tennis Complex, The Village Hotel, Great Sankey Leisure Centre
Fordton Leisure Centre and Woolston Leisure Centre.
Further details can be obtained by calling 0161 6281209, emailing [email protected], visiting www.nspcc.org.uk/aerobathon or picking up a leaflet in participating centres.
Registration costs £5 which includes entry to the event and an NSPCC Aerobathon t-shirt.
The aerobathon event aims to raise more than £30,000 across the North West for the Child’s Voice Appeal. With public support, the appeal will help to expand the NSPCC’s vital helpline services – ChildLine, the UK’s free, confidential 24-hour helpline for children and the NSPCC Helpline for adults concerned about a child.
