WHILE the big freeze has brought much of Warrington to a standstill thousands of people have taken the opportunity of making the most of the town’s winter wonderland.
warrington-worldwide has been inudated with pictures of local snow scenes submitted by readers including this latest batch from local photographer Satish Lad, who runs Warrington based Imagine Photography.
With the snow and icy conditions set to continue over the weekend and in to next week the town is set to face more disruption.
Warrington Town Football Club have been unable to play a game for more than a month and there is a big question mark hanging over their big league clash with Halifax Town on Saturday.
