WARRINGTON Wolves’ pre-season friendly against Widnes fell victim to the weather again yesterday and will now not take place.
The match had been scheduled to take place on Boxing Day but was postponed until yesterday due to a frozen pitch.
Fans are asked to take match tickets to Wolfware where they can obtain a full refund.
Warrington’s pre-seaon friendlies will now start on January 17 against Leigh Centurions.
The Wolves will also be heading over to Derwent Park on January 23 to take on Workington Town.
Tickets for this fixture and Paul Wood’s Testimonial game against Wigan on January 27 are on sale in Wolfware and online at www.warringtonwolves.com.
