NEIGHBOURS have objected to plans to extend a dwelling in Chester Road, Grappenhall, Warrington.
Members of the borough’s development control committee will visit the site before reaching a decision.
Planning officers are recommending the scheme, which involves a single-storey side extension, garage conversion and front porch, be approved.
But neighbours say existing drainage problems will worsen, a proposed dormer window will overlook properties to the rear vehicles will have to reverse onto Chester Road, causing harm to highway safety.
