Fire crews deal with kitchen blaze

FIREFIGHTERS were called to an address in St Peter’s Way, Warrington, this afternoon after fire broke out in the kitchen.
Two crew members wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish the flames and then ventilated the property.
One man was handed over to the care of paramedics.
Advice was given to the occupier not to pour hot oil and fats down the drain.
