Business booming at DV8 Designs

BUSINESS is booming for Warrington based DV8 Designs with a healthy order book and some prestigious clients including Butlins!

Projects include:

1. Willow Tree Park – Booths Lane- Lymm, where they are currently on site with a Radcliff Contractor Harrison Construction, with major refurbishment works on behalf of their client Strand Technology, to an existing vibration testing operation into new prestigious office units.Work includes planning permissions for minor external treatments and parking, building regulation drawings, including new mezzanine floors, full interior design packageand site supervision. Due for completion in February 2010.
2. Cafe Amma – Wilmslow:- Currently on site with an Oldham Contractor Medlock Interiors with major refurbishment works transforming an existing shop into new India
3. Coffee Shop. Work includes planning permissions for new front elevation to the premises, building regulation drawings, full interior design package and site supervision. Due for completion beginning of December.
4. Butlins – Bognor Regis:- Currently designing various exciting public spaces for work to commence during the closed season.
5. Arlethen House – Aberdeen:- Recently designed the interior to a major extension to a premises in Aberdeen. Work includes designs to a 25m swimming pool,hydro pool, steam room, sauna, treatment rooms and gym. Work is due for completion in early 2010. Visual of finished pool.
6. Blackburne Close – Longbarn – Warrington:- Planning application has been approved for a large single storey contemporary cedar boarded extension to the premises. This will be followed by building regulation package and interior design scheme. Work is due to start in January 2010.
7. Ashbury Drive – Appleton – Warrington:- A planning application has been approved for a large wwo storey prestigious extension to the premises. This will be followed by building regulation package and interior design scheme. Work is due to start in early 2010.
8. Chestnut Drive – Sale:- Recently had approved a planning and building regulation application for a large two storey extension to the premises. Work is due to start in early 2010.
