Police appeal after car fire

POLICE at Warrington are appealing for witnesses after an arson attack on a car parked outside the owner’s house.
The blaze was in Woodpecker Close, Birchwood at about 2.30am on Wednesday morning.
Fire crews used a hosereel to extinguish the blaze which badly damaged a Citroen car.
