Trust chiefs hope to provide better career opportunities and progression and demonstrate its commitment to learning and development for staff.
The new partnership agreement will also enable the Trust to successfully and constructively communicate, negotiate and consult with employees.
NHS Warrington chief executive Andrew Burgess said: “Striving to support all our staff members we will continue to ensure we are delivering a high quality of service to our patients.”
All NHS Warrington staff have been briefed on the new policies and the benefits they will bring.
