Police seek cycle robbers

POLICE are seeking witnesses of a robbery involving two men on pedal cycles at Warrington
The pair swooped down on a 35-year-old man as he walked along Walton Lea Road at Walton.
They snatched two mobile phones from his hands and then rode off in the direction of Stockton Heath. The victim was not hurt but was badly shaken.
The incident was at about 10.50am on Wednesday (October 28) and police believe the two offenders had come from the direction of the car park at Walton Gardens, which was busy at the time.
They are appealing to anyone who may have seen them to come forward.
One of the pair was wearing a black beanie-style hat. Police believe they were young adults or youths.
