Delamere Forest

The largest woodland in Cheshire, Delamere Forest, is the perfect spot to soak up the beauty and calm of the countryside and escape the crowds. From cycling and picnic areas to a forest school for little ones and even the excitement of Go Ape, Delamere Forest is a must-see attraction and makes for a memorable day out in the Chester area.

Norton Priory Museum and Gardens

The most excavated monastic site in Europe, Norton Priory is an attraction in itself that comprises a 12th century undercroft and 18th century walled garden for visitors to explore. From the history of the site to the activities, workshops and the picturesque meadows surrounding the area, this is a truly stunning attraction to explore and a popular day out for visitors to this area.
