ALL eight members of the customer service team at Warrington Market have gained NVQ qualifications in customer service at the same time.
The team completed the course together in record time and all are now more confident in carrying out their duties knowing the work they do on a daily basis is of a high standard.
Market manager Steve Pickering said: “I was not surprised when the staff completed the one year course months ahead of schedule as they have put so much time and effort into their studies.”
Anne Worley, training liaison officer for the market team said: “The staff who have completed this course deserve recognition for their hard work and their excellent delivery of customer service. It was a pleasure to support them through their programme.”
Information on training courses is available on 01925 458100. Programmes are not restricted to Warrington Borough Council employees and enquiries from local employers are welcome.
