MEMBERS of a Warrington rugby club are taking part in a golf challenge to raise funds to improve facilities for disabled people.
Lymm Rugby Club is staging its Annual Golf Day at Lymm Golf Club on Friday September 11.
Organisers say 25 teams are competing and are raising money for the installation of a disabled lift at the rugby club.
Prizes have been donated by local businesses and entrants will be competing for the Frank Maycock Trophy, in recognition of his sponsorship of the event.
Players are meeting at 12.30pm and there will be a shot gun start at 1.30pm.
