POLICE at Warrington have issued an appeal for help in tracing a woman missing from home.
Linda Dawes, aged 66, has not been seen since she left her home at Woolston at about 11am yesterday (Thursday).
Members of her family and the police are becoming increasingly concerned for her safety.
She is known to have friends in the Warrington area and could be with them.
Inspector Ian Wylie said: “We would appeal to Linda, or anyone who knows where she is, to contact either ourselves or the family to let us know she is safe.”
Linda is 5ft 2 inches tall, of slim build and has short brown hair with a fringe.
She is believed to be wearing a beige top and to have been carrying a bag.
