Kitchen fire fills flat with smoke

FIRE crews were called to Birchwood, Warrington this morning after smoke was seen pouring from a flat.
The blaze was at a flat in Admirals Road and involved the kitchen.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tackled the fire with a hose reel jet and a positive pressure fan was used to clear smoke from the property.
No-one was harmed during the incident.
