A LOCAL garden is to be opened to the public on Saturday to raise money for charity.
Emma Aspinall, of Field House, Crouchley Lane, Lymm is opening her garden as part of the National Gardens Scheme which raises money for a number of charities, including McMillan Nurses, Marie Curie, Help the Hospices and Crossroads Caring for Carers.
The garden is described as a “new and evolving garden” set in peaceful countryside. It extends to 0.4 acres, plus a one acre paddock and has well stocked herbaceous borders, a vegetable garden, fruit trees, orangery, water features and a small rose/scented garden.
Emma will be selling teas and plants to raise money for the Foundation for Sudden Infant Deaths.
The garden will be open from 1pm until 5.30pm.
