School extension
PLANS for a single storey extension at Green Lane School, Green Lane, Woolston, Warrington have been given the go-ahead by development control chiefs.

Coffee morning
SHOPPERS are being invited to a coffee morning at Latchford Methodist Church in Thelwall Lane, Warrington today (Saturday) from 10.30am until noon.

Church plan
BOROUGH council planners have approved proposals for a rear single storey extension at Bethesda Evangelical Church, Chester Road, Stockton Heath, Warrington.

Christian Aid
WARRINGTON Parish Church raised more than £123 for Christian Aid through envelope collections.

Summer fair
A SUMMER fair takes place at St Oswald’s RC School, Padgate Lane, Warrington today (Saturday) when there will be a wide range of stalls and entertainment, including refreshments. The event starts at 12.30pm.
