The mother of last year’s Britain’s Got Talent winner had twice previously failed to appear before the court.
The 40-year-old, who has twice previously failed to appear before magistrates, was freed on bail and excused from attending a further pre-trial hearing to take place next month. She will appear for trial at a later date.
