Fire crew cut man free after fingers trapped in machinery

A fire crew from Birchwood helped rescue a man who se fingers became trapped in machinery at a warehouse on Melford Court, Warrington.

Hydraulic cutting equipment was used to release the man who had two fingers trapped in a brake calliper yesterday (Friday) afternoon.

He was then handed into the care of paramedics who attended at the scene.
