A male cyclist was arrested on Winwick Street, Warrington, earlier today for allegations of Dangerous Pedal Cycling.
The cyclist was alleged to have made off from officers and caused a danger to road users and also verbally abused the officers and caused criminal damage to a Police car by striking the window with his handcuffs.
