Carvell in the clear

WARRINGTON Prop Garreth Carvell has been cleared by the RFL’s disciplinary committee after being placed on report during Saturday’s 16-18 victory at his former club Hull on Saturday night.
Carvell was placed on report as early as the 4th minute for an alleged high tackle but the committee ruled it was a legitimate attempt to tackle.
A minute later Carvell was sin binned for alleged use of a forearm in the tackle but the committee ruled the sin binning was sufficient punishment.
