A WIND turbine is to be erected at a town centre superstore at Warrington – to help provide energy for the store.
Planning chiefs have given the go-ahead for the 10.6 metre high turbine at the Tesco Extra store in Winwick Road.
A number of associated installations will also be provided. But planning consent is limited to 15 years.
