TRAFFIC was held up in Froghall Lane, Warrington, early this morning when a car caught fire.
Crews from Warrington fire station went to the scene and tackled the blaze using a hosereel jet.
Last night, firefighters went to Blackbrook Avenue, Warrington where vandals had started a fire involving a quantity of refuse.
A hose reel jet was used to extinguish the fire and anyone with information about it was asked to call police on 101 or the anonymous Crimestoppers hotline 0800 555 111.
