STUDENTS took part in an Easter egg hunt at Warrington as part of a fundraising campaign.
Health and Education students from Priestley College helped raise £115 for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
A tombola and raffle was held as part of the day and those who contributed were given a daffodil tied with a yellow ribbon.
The day was part of the charity’s official Great Daffodil Appeal in which more than 18,000 volunteers throughout the country organised events to raise funds for those with cancer and other terminal illnesses.
Tutor Cath Stanley said: “Spring time is traditionally welcomed by the arrival of daffodils and we were delighted to bring a little bit of colour to campus whilst raising money at the same time for such a worthwhile appeal.”
