WARRINGTON Borough Council has agreed to a request from Liverpool City Council to fly the Town Hall flag at half-mast on April 15 – the 20th anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster when 96 Liverpool football supporters lost their lives during the Liverpool v Nottingham Forest FA Cup semi-final at Sheffield.
