Decision day for Lucie

1

WARRINGTON singing hopeful Lucie Evans will today learn if she has won a £100,000 internet competition.
She is among the frontrunners and needs every vote she can get before voting ends at 7pm.
Lucie, aged 15, a pupil at Birchwood High School, came through the audition stage of the contest.
From hundreds of entries, she is now among the final 10 – and the winner will be announced tonight at a glittering ceremony in London.
You can still vote for Lucie at www.1click2fame.com/performances/443
Lucie already has considerable success behind her. Last year she won the Warrington’s Got Talent contest at the Halliwell Jones Stadium and later sang at a song-writing competition in London in front of music industry people and Robin Gibb from the Bee Gees.
She now has a manager who is pushing her towards a record deal and has also been to Norway to work with a songwriting and production company to record some original tracks for her demo cd.
Should Lucie win internet competition, the money would give her the chance of going to America to work with Marshall Altman, a top producer who works with artists such as Katie Perry and also gain more publicity.
