Council wants to know what young people think

COUNCIL chiefs need young people’s view on activities and services available in West Warrington.
Anyone aged between 11 and 25 who lives in Chapelford, Old Hall, Whittle Hall or Westbrook is invited to share their opinions with the council for a chance to win a £50 Amazon voucher.
The council is working in partnership with Cheshire Police, Chapelford Sainsbury’s, Warrington Disability Partnership, Chapelford Primary School, Great Sankey Parish Council, Warrington Youth Club, west Warrington churches and local residents to help tackle anti-social behaviour.
Cllr Tony Higgins, the council’s lead member for leisure and community, said: “In recent years there has been a lot of development in Chapelford and the surrounding areas and we want to ensure that there are activities available for young people that they will want to be – and feel –
part of.”
The survey can be completed online at surveymonkey.co.uk/r/neighbourhoodyouthsurvey.
Paper copies are also available from the customer services desk at Chapelford Sainsbury’s. The survey closes on Monday July 3.
Anyone who completes the survey will be entered into the prize draw.
