THE M62 at Warrington is now full re-opened following a lorry blaze this afternoon which resulted in two lanes of the Westbound carriageway being closed between junctions 10-9.

Two fire crews from warrington attended at the scene at around 15.30pm today. Firefighters, one wearing breathing apparatus, used one hose reel jet to fight the fire.

The lane closures and smoke caused heavy traffic in the area in both directions.
