A LEADING firm of insurance loss adjusters has moved its regional headquarters to Warrington.
Merlin Professional Claims Services has merged offices in Manchester and Knutsford to relocate to a new regional service centre at Fountain Court, Birchwood.
The Warrington location was chosen for its proximity to transport networks and the skill base.
Chief executive Richard Webster said: “The growth of our business has been such that new, larger offices have been required from where the full range of our property and liability loss adjusting and related services can be delivered.
“Our clients will continue to work with the same people, while at the same time benefiting from access to a wider range of specialist adjusting services, and supply chain network all delivered from one central location.
“These are exciting times for Merlin. We believe we have the right location that will help us support our clients through the next stage of the company¹s development.”
Investment in office space is being complemented by investment in the technology used by staff on the road and in offices.
Mr Webster added: “We are hoping clients will see an improvement in our service due to our upgrading the existing technology and longer and more flexible office opening hours.”
The opening of the new offices in Warrington follows soon after three similar offices were opened in Cannock, in the West Midlands, Chelmsford in the East of England and London.
