Users will be able to borrow extra items prior to closure and overdue charges will not be made during this time. People will be able to use the mobile library or any of the other 12 libraries across the borough during their normal opening hours.
And items can also be renewed via the website www.warrington.gov.uk/libraries. To access this site users will need their library card and a PIN number. PIN numbers are available from any Warrington library, in person, with a valid library card.
