Crime writer helps charity

WELL-known Lymm author Martin Edwards is one of 26 writers contributing to a crime book to help raise funds for charity.
Independent publisher Crème de la Crime, which specialises in debut crime fiction, is producing a collection of short crime fiction works. A proportion of the proceeds will go to support the National Hereditary Breast Cancer Helpline.
The collection, Criminal Tendencies, features 26 crime stories from writers including Val McDermid, Reginald Hill and Peter James. It will be on sale in April, priced £7.99.
Martin, a solicitor and author of the acclaimed Harry Devlin Mysteries, will have a story included in the book.
