SEVERE traffic congestion is being reported on the M6 Southbound carriageway at Winwick, Warrington.
The traffic congestion is stretching from Junction 21-23, from Warrington, Winwick and Haydock, with delays of at least 20 minutes.
Highways England is predicting normal traffic conditions around 14.30pm
