FIREFIGHTERS helped rescue a person trapped in a car following a serious road traffic collision on Church Street, Warrington, last night.
Two fire crews from Warrington attended at the scene of the collision which involved two vehicles at 20:46 last night. One person was trapped inside a vehicle.
The casualty was released by firefighters and handed over to the care of paramedics.
