WARRINGTON-based internet service provider Airangel has won a three year contract to supply updated guest internet access to the De Vere Hotels Group.
Twelve of the company’s five star country hotels will be equipped with more reliable, 24/7 access to the internet.
De Vere’s IT director, John Hartley said: “WiFi provision is one of the key deciding factors for a guest when choosing a hotel, so we know that having a fast reliable connection is critical to our occupancy levels and customer service.”
Dean Wilkinson, sales director at Airangel commented: “De Vere has been quick to spot the correlation between guest internet services and improved marketing activities and our solutions ticks a lot of boxes for them.
“We’ve been able to help their WiFi investment work harder by designing a solution that enhances their existing software, improves the service and helps them to strengthen their brand image and customer experience.”
