POLICE have arrested a 15 year-old boy who has been making residents’ lives a misery at Chapelford, Warrington.

He had been involved in anti-social behaviour causing misery to local residents and then thought it was a good idea to give abuse to a PCSO.

He has now been charged with public order offences and is due to appear in court.

Police are asking parents to make sure they know where their children are and ensure they aren’t causing problems in local neighbourhoods.
