A motorcyclist has died following a collision on Farrell Street early this morning.
The road was closed in both directions. The collision involved a blue Peugeot Jet Force 125 scooter at around 6am this morning.
Emergency services attended at the scene but the rider of the vehicle received serious injuiries and was pronounced dead.
A Cheshire police spokesperson said the victim’s family were currently receiving specialist supprt from Cheshire Police family liason officers.
