Still time to enter Active Cheshire Team Games

THERE is still time to enter the first combined Corporate Games/Public Health & Wellbeing event in the region at the Active Cheshire Team Games.

Taking place at Chester Racecourse on September 18 the evnt will focus on improving health and having fun, while raising funds for The Princes Trust.

The ‘Get Active’ zone has Active Cheshire’s awesome inflatable games, various sporting activities and if you’re brave enough – the ‘Extreme Zone’.

Ever played table football? There is a 40ft long life size version! Strap yourself in and see who’s the King of Kicking. More of a racing fan? No problem, get yourself onto a Space Hopper and challenge your friends/family to a race around our Space Hopper Racetrack! For the Gladiators out there, we have our Pillow Bash inflatable game for you to fight to the death (or until someone falls off!)

There will be free sport-based activities such as Rugby, FootGolf, Table Tennis, Laser Rifle shooting, football activities and much more.

For the daredevils out there, the ‘Extreme Zone’ features a free-fall bag, zip-line and a spider mountain! Throw caution to the wind and feel the sensation of free falling to earth with the 7m Free Fall Stung Bag. Launch yourself off the 8.3m high platform and reach speeds up to 60km/h on Europe’s first Mobile Zip Line. Scramble your way through the seven elasticated levels of the Spider Mountain climbing activity before coming back to down to earth on the vertical slide!

Finally, the event also has a Health & Wellbeing marketplace, where numerous companies from the region can demonstrate and discuss healthy living.

At The Team Games, there’s a little bit of something for everyone! Come down, #GetCheshireActive and above all, have fun!
