16 yearold – early hours of the morning !!!! There’s more than one crimial involved here – the parents !!!!!!!
no “one criminal”, we should not portion blame anywhere apart from those who have no respect for freedom of others, by adopting your mentality we slowly dilute and distribute the revoulting actions of an individual who thinks these actions are acceptable. While not desirable that a 16yo be out at this time alone, she and her parents should be protected by society, morals and nature towards others to respect each other. any normal thinking human being in the same circumstance as this monster would not have taken advantage of their position and should have ensured her safety instead of abusing it. One Criminal.
