A WARRINGTON law firm has been short-listed for a prestigious national legal award.
Fiona Bruce and Co will go head-to-head with other top law firms at the Law Society’s Lexcel Award for Excellence in Practice Standards
Broadcaster Kirsty Wark will present the awards at a dinner and presentation ceremony in London on October 23.
The awards, which have attracted hundreds of entries from across the country, reward the most outstanding practitioners in the legal professions and are open to the entire legal sector, not just solicitors.
They are designed to recognise best practice across the entire legal profession and to celebrate excellence and outstanding achievement in areas that are central to the profession today. They highlight innovative business and quality of life practices, successful approaches to practice management, contributions through social responsibility and equality and diversity initiatives.
Senior partner Fiona Bruce said: “Reaching the finals of these prestigious awards is a tribute to the hard work of everyone at Fiona Bruce and Co and puts a North West Firm up there with the high achievers nationally.”
Law Society vice president Paul Marsh said: “The superb standard of entries received for the excellence awards has been outstanding and reflects the high level of innovation that exists across the legal profession.”
