DIY expert and original Big Brother winner Craig Phillips was special guest at the opening of the new Johnstone’s Paints store at the site of the former Penketh Paints in Buttermarket Street, Warrington.
Craig, who hosts ITV 1’s sixty minute makeover programme was joined by players from Warrington Town FC and new club mascot The Legend to celebrate the official opening of the new Johnstone’s Decorating Centre.
Craig recently skippered Town in a charity match at Cantilever Park during a celebrity clash with stars from Channel 4’s Hollyoaks, while Johnstone’s have become the club’s principal shirt sponsor.
Formerly Penketh Paints, the new Johnstone’s Decorating Centre has reopened following a complete refurbishment programme.
With over 15,000 paint colours to choose from, the new Decorating Centre stocks a full range of Johnstone’s and selected Leyland products, with a vast range of over 10,000 wallpaper choices available to order and an extensive collection of decorating tools and accessories.
Already the proud sponsors of the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy, the manufacturer kicked off the new football season with the announcement of a new shirt sponsorship deal with Warrington Town FC.
As part of the sponsorship deal all Warrington Town fans are entitled to a special 15 per cent off discount card.
