TWO males suspected of going equipped for theft have been arrested by police following a short chase in Stockton Heath, Warrington.
The arrests were made by the Warrington Response team close Stockton Heath village centre.
The suspects were found in possession of bolt croppers following a short chase on foot and in Pandas.
