POLICE have launched an appeal in a bid to trace a blonde male seen acting suspiciously in the Cromwell Avenue area of Warrington.
The Suspicious male was sighted on Cromwell Avenue, Warrington on June 6 at 19:30hrs. He is described as white aged 30’s with slicked back blonde hair, wearing a red shirt and jeans.
