Let’s Party – for the Mayor’s charities!

LET’S Party – a three-day event offering something for everyone – opens at Frodsham’s Castle Park tomorrow (Friday).
It gets under way at 7pm after which there will be a children’s disco, a funfair, stalls and a bar.  The fun will go on until 10.30pm.
On Saturday, activities will start at 11am including a fancy dress competition, floral art competitons and a display of birthday cards made by children from Frodsham Schools to mark the Queen’s 90th birthday.
In the evening there will be music on stage from local duo Acoustic Juice, ending around 11pm
Then on Sunday there will be exhibitions, a performance by international cruise singer Carolynn May, judging of the competitions, prizes giving and an address by Mayor of Frodsham Cllr Mallie Poulton (pictured).
The event comes to a close with a singalong with Carolynn May.
The whole event is in aid of the Mayor’s chosen charities – Frodsham Community Centre, St Laurence Church and the Cheshire Asbestos Victim Support Group.
