MOTORISTS are advised to avoud the westbound junction 12 of the M56 near Warrington due to an overturned vehicle and caravan which has resulted in two lanes being closed.
The incident resulted in lanes two and three being blocked causing slow moving traffic. Police and fire services are currently at the scene and there are traffic delays in the Runcorn area.
Normal traffic conditions are expected by around 5pm.
