PEOPLE in Warrington are being invited to share their views on how to make the town one of the best places to live.
Ideas on how the town should be in the future are being sought by The Warrington Partnership – a partnership of the public, private and voluntary sectors.
The partnership has set out its vision and ambitions for the borough for 2030

in its draft Sustainable Community Strategy. It looks at all aspects of community life including health services, leisure facilities, making areas safer, schools, colleges and job opportunities.
Local people are invited to take part in consultation by visiting the website at www.warrington.gov.uk/lsp or request a copy by calling 01925 443513. Closing date is Friday October 3.
At the same time young people are being invited to show their ideas for the town by entering an art competition. Work, including drawing, painting, sculpture or computer animation is welcome and the closing date is 5pm on October 3.
There are three age categories, up to eight, nine to 12 and 13 to 18.
Youngsters are asked to include name, address, telephone number, age and school they attend on the back of their entry, along with details of whether they want the work returned.
